Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping or nationwide delivery for e-bikes purchased through our website.

All electric bikes or bikes listed online are available for local delivery only within the South Florida area, or for in-store pickup at our shop. We are proud to serve our local community and ensure that every e-bike is delivered with care, properly assembled, and ready to ride.

If you are located outside of South Florida, we kindly ask that you do not place an online order, as we are unable to fulfill it through shipping. Orders placed outside our delivery range may be subject to cancellation.

If you're unsure whether your location qualifies for delivery, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to let you know if you’re within our service area.

Local delivery will take 7-10 business days unless intervening circumstances occur.
